Rates
$250 per 50-minute session. Please inquire about sliding scale rates.

Insurance
Virtual sessions are payable by Zelle at time of appointment; in-person appointments are payable by cash or Zelle at time of appointment. Although I do not bill your insurance company directly, I will be pleased to provide you with an Invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement to which you are entitled.

Payment
Zelle and cash are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you fail to keep your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not provided at least 24 hours prior notification to cancel, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
